MontBleu's newly remodeled Race & Sports
Book and brand new Poker Room are a haven for
all things athletic. Actually, we call it a
haven; you might call it paradise. The Zone
has more than 40 large-screen TVs, projection
screens and plasmas that will showcase all of
the day's top race and sports action. The sports
book has seating for 50, with 12 individual
12" TVs - First come, first served. Next
to the Race & Sports Book, a fully appointed
Bar and Deli.

MontBleu is a mere 60 miles from the Reno/Tahoe
International Airport. To help guests begin their
vacation, MontBleu offers various options for
transportation to and from the airport:
South Tahoe Express
This luxury shuttle bus provides daily service
to and from the airport. You can buy your tickets
at the Reno/Tahoe International Airport or the
MontBleu Front Desk. You can also book your ticket
online by visiting southtahoeexpress.com, or call
1-866-898-2463.

BLEU RIBBON PETS
Pet pampering from the paws up. Our pet sitters
have never met a cold nose they didn't like. Plus
housekeeping is equipped with everything your
pet needs including dishes, cat litter, beds,
and toys. And if Fido or Duchess gets a little
hungry, our room service menu offers a selection
of dry and wet foods. Additional pet related items
are also available in the gift shop.

PET ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT
Welcome to MontBleu!
We look forward to providing a memorable stay
for you and your pet.
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests,
the following policies apply to your pet's stay.
1. Pet Fee
Please be aware that a non-refundable pet fee
of $35.00 per stay will be charged to your account
prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional
and necessary cleaning in preparation for our
next guest.
2. Acceptable Pets
We welcome all well mannered, dogs, cats &
birds. We reserve the right to require immediate
removal of any pet that displays dangerous or
unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited
to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking),
evidence of disease, or urination / defecation
in public areas. No more than two (2) pets may
occupy a guest room. Each guest is responsible
for all charges that relate to the removal of
his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation
and kennel charges.
3. Pet-Friendly Areas
Pets are not allowed in the Restaurants, Lounges,
Spa, Casino & Showroom. For your convenience,
a pet walk and waste receptacle is located at
our "Bleu Pet Park". Bleu Pet Park is
nestled amongst trees, on the East side of building,
adjacent to Parking Lot "B". Please
dispose of pet waste in the receptacle provided.
4. Pet Control / Containment in Public
Areas
Pets must be leashed, crated, or fi rmly held
when they are in all common areas of the hotel,
including Bleu Pet Park.
5. Excessive noise complaints will result
in an eviction from the property without refund.
6. Unattended pets are prohibited! Pets
cannot be left around the hotel unattended. Pets
may be left in room unattended only if they are
crated.
7. Pet in Room Sign
Please place the Pet in Room sign on the outside
of your door whenever your pet is in your room.
8. Housekeeping
For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping
will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is
not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor
your pet, or (c) your pet is crated.
9. Damage to Guest Rooms and Common Areas
Your account will be charged for the repair or
replacement cost for any damage caused by your
pet.
10. Release and Indemnifi cation
The guest agrees to release, defend, fully indemnify
and hold harmless Columbia Properties Tahoe, LLC,
dba. MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa, and its
offi cers, agents, employees, successors and assigns
from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits and
damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of
or related to your pet or your pet's stay at MontBleu,
including any claims made by third-parties.
